Atelier Playa Mujeres (Adults Only) Hotel Cancun

As a travel enthusiast, I had a beautiful stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres. The design was stunning, and the service from Carlos, Laura, and Leyner was exceptional. Looking forward to returning for a wellness escape.

The spa and infinity pool were even better than the photos. DEFINITELY going back!

The staff's friendliness and the amazing views added to the overall luxury experience. Although some minor issues with room service occurred, they didn't detract from our enjoyment and we would gladly return.

Omg, the breakfast buffet🤤 was my absolute highlight! so many healthy options and delish treats! but the looong walk from my room to the pool area was a drawback. Still, the overall experience was amazeballs!

Beautiful modern design with great pools and beach views. Service was good, but sales pitches were off-putting. Room hiccups like hot tub issues were promptly fixed. Enjoyed the spa and delicious food. External excursion confusion was a downside, but overall a nice stay.

The welcoming staff at Atelier Playa Mujeres truly made our vacation exceptional. From helpful individuals like Jack and Emanuel to the incredible amenities, the resort exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious, and the various activities provided endless entertainment. The only downside was the lack of airport shuttle services. Overall, a perfect 5/5 experience.

The hotel had an awesome staff that was always ready to help and the modern vibe and cleanliness throughout the hotel really stood out to us. Plus, the food was delicious at the many restaurants they had, and the tasty drinks just added to the experience. The only downside we found was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but honestly, that was a small blip in an otherwise fantastic stay! 🌴

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a spa, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a beach access with sun loungers. the infinity pool with a sun terrace has a breathtaking view of the ocean. the restaurant serves a continental breakfast and a variety of delicious dishes, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue we experienced was the wait time during check-in. the staff was friendly and made up for the delay.

Excellent poolside and beachside service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Sanitation measures thoughtful and thorough. Numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment options; a truly enjoyable resort for vacationers seeking relaxation or activities.

During our stay at this resort, we found the room to be well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like bath salts and robes. The staff was friendly and the pool area was truly amazing with two swim-up bars. The variety of restaurants offered delicious food choices, and we particularly enjoyed the daily art activities provided. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, perfect for a leisurely getaway.

The resort itself was stunning, with beautiful rooms, a comfortable bed, and a feeling of being immersed in nature. The gluten-free and healthy food options exceeded our expectations, and the pool and beach service made everything easy. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make our stay memorable. We can't wait to return to this marvelous property.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service while dining at the restaurant. the food was worth the wait, but we had to remind the staff a couple of times for our drinks.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fantastic spa and beautiful grounds filled with lush greenery. Location-wise, it was perfect, as I was close to everything on the restaurant menu. The staff were also helpful and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. the cleanliness was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast.

Nothing could have been better.

From the first moment we arrived at this hotel, the staff was attentive and welcoming. the service was excellent, and they fulfilled all our luxurious needs, from private facilities to delicious meals in their exquisite themed restaurants. the swimming pool was fantastic, with an excellent view of the ocean and comfortable lounge chairs to relax.

While the hotel had a beautiful beach, it was somewhat remote, and there were not many activities to do nearby.

The resort was breathtaking and had a great location with access to lush scenery. The rooms were well appointed with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay and the breakfast buffet was unparalleled. The resort also had a variety of dining options with everything from pizza to sushi on the menu. the private pool access in some of the rooms was a real advantage.

While the dinner menu was hit and miss, it was still an enjoyable experience overall.

Great service from check-in to departure. The on-site restaurants, especially the seafood lunch spot, were amazing. The breakfast buffet featured many local specialties and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-appointed and ordering room service for morning coffee was a treat.

The pool water temperature was too warm and there weren't enough pool and beach loungers. The lack of a reservation system for the loungers made it annoying to secure a spot.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort had a great mix of modern and zen vibes, with plenty of amenities like a gym, spa, and multiple pools. The jewelry and art stores on-site were a nice touch. The overall experience was amazing and the resort combined indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very effective and it got uncomfortably warm at times. The room decor felt a bit lacking and could use some improvement.
